Refit & Repairs: Freshwater System

Coming soon: more information about refit and repair projects related to the freshwater system on our 1985 Tayana 37, including:

• replaced rusted-out water heater (2005)
• installed Seagull drinking water filtration system (2006)
• replaced the rusted-out water heater -- again! (2010)

While still in Maine just after buying Gyatso, we kept finding that the water tank was empty within hours of filling it.   We traced the problem to the water heater, tore it out and installed a new one before departing for Annapolis.
